Scheduling

 

• All appointments scheduled will be required to have a credit card on file.

• In the event of late cancellation or "No Call No Show", the appropriate charge or fee will be made to the credit card on file.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling or Cancellations can be conveniently made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment VIA the confirmation email that will be sent to your email on file. 

 

• Cancellations MUST be made within the 24 Hour grace period to cancel without penalty. We do allow for very special circumstances such as bereavement or emergency in which to cancel last minute without penalty.

 

• Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour grace period will result in a charge of $50 to the credit card on file.

 

• "No Call No Show" is unacceptable and will result in a charge to the credit card on file equal to 100% of the amount for the service booked.

• 'No Call No Show' is taking time away from other clients that could have been scheduled.

​​

• "No Call No Show" may also include a ban from future scheduling online and/or may be required to pay upfront for any future bookings.

​Late Arrivals

​

• Late arrival may reduce the amount of time for treatment. (5-10 Minutes)

• Extremely late arrival may result in a $25 Late Fee and Cancellation of appointment entirely. (15 Minutes or Greater)

Medical Conditions

​

Please advise us of any conditions in the 'notes' section when booking the appointment.

 

Any health conditions such as disease, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs may affect your services.

 

For your safety some treatments are not recommended for clients who have certain conditions:

 

• Cancer

• Cardiovascular conditions

• Swollen or painful lymph nodes

• Un-diagnosed skin rash or thrombosis

• New injury of any kind

• Open sores or lesions

• Pregnancy

• Diabetes

• Blood Disorders and Disease

 

*Clients who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.

 

*Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait a minimum of 6 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.

 

*Clients who do not inform or misinform us of any contraindications prior to the scheduled service cannot hold Kaviar Skin Studio accountable for any medically adverse effects from treatment.
