Some clients are excellent candidates for nano hair strokes alone. Others may achieve a more flattering or longer-wearing result with soft shading, powder brows or a combination approach. Mature or textured skin, oily skin, previous permanent makeup and heavily saturated areas all require individual consideration.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR NANO BROW APPOINTMENT
01 CONSULTATION & BROW ASSESSMENT
We begin by discussing your brow goals and evaluating your natural hair, skin, facial structure and any previous permanent makeup. Lightening or correction may be recommended
before new brow work.
03 PIGMENT SELECTION
Pigment is selected and customized to complement your natural brow hair, skin tone and undertone. You will review the planned shape and overall direction before the tattooing portion begins.
05 NANO BROW APPLICATION
Fine hair-like strokes are created with a permanent makeup machine. The pattern is built gradually to mimic the direction and flow of natural brow growth. Soft shading may be incorporated when appropriate for the desired result.
02 BROW MAPPING & SHAPE
Your brow design is mapped to create balance while respecting your natural facial structure. Natural faces are not perfectly symmetrical, so the goal is flattering visual balance rather than forcing identical brows.
04 NUMBING & PREPARATION
The brow area is prepared using professional sanitation practices. A topical numbing agent is used to help keep the procedure comfortable.
06 FINAL REVIEW & AFTERCARE
Your finished brows are reviewed and aftercare is explained. Fresh brows normally appear darker and more defined than the final healed result. Mild redness or tenderness may occur and the color softens as healing progresses.
Nano Brow Healing & Aftercare
Permanent makeup changes throughout the healing process. Fresh brows should not be judged as the final result. Kaviar Skin Studio's permanent makeup guidance states that initial healing takes approximately 7–10 days, with full healing
occurring around 4–6 weeks.
Immediately After Your Appointment
Expect the brows to look darker, sharper and more saturated than the healed result. Mild redness, tenderness or a tight feeling may occur. Follow the cleansing and aftercare instructions provided at your appointment. Do not rub, scratch or pick at the treated area.
Days 2–10
The brows may remain darker before beginning to soften. Dryness or light flaking can occur as the surface heals. Allow any flaking to release naturally rather than picking at it. Follow your provided instructions regarding products, cleansing, moisture, makeup and skincare around the healing brows.
Weeks 2–4
The brows may appear softer or lighter as the skin continues to heal. Some strokes can temporarily appear faint during this stage. This is why permanent makeup should not be evaluated only by how it looks during the first days or weeks.
Weeks 4–6
Once full healing is reached, true color, retention and overall balance are easier to evaluate. A follow-up appointment may be used to refine healed results.
Long-Term Brow Care
Protect healed brows from excessive sun exposure, which can accelerate fading.
Be mindful of strong exfoliating skincare products used directly over permanent makeup. Expect pigment to soften and fade gradually over time rather than
disappear completely. Maintenance timing varies with skin, lifestyle,
sun exposure, skincare and the technique used.
